To minimize the risk of operational disruptions, we have developed HonestBox One. We can communicate with the control unit via three channels: 4G, wifi and network cable. This means that the control unit is constantly connected in three ways. This is also part of our endeavor to have close to 100% uptime.
We can connect to the control unit around the clock to make any settings and adjustments.
HonestBox knows if the control unit is online or not and can automatically notify both support staff at HonestBox and store owners for troubleshooting.
